What's great about working in construction: Nothing is ever the same - day to day and project to project

Greatest passion outside of work: Youth sports... coaching, watching, volunteering, or fund- raising for my two children who are active in sports year round... Currently it's football, hockey, golf, and lacrosse, but in the past it's also been swimming, baseball, basketball, soccer, and roller hockey. I will miss the activities when they finish high school.
Key job skill: Open communication with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and other project team members.
Hidden talent: Juggling. It's been a few years, and I cannot do all the tricks, but can still do the basics.
