During pre-construction we noted the proximity of the new Eisenberg Tunnel to the park above - home to some of the oldest and most beautiful trees on the Mayo campus. By identifying this environmental issue well in advance of any construction, we were able to work with Ellerbe Becket and the Mayo team to find a way to protect the trees by redirecting the tunnel to the edge of the park.
