This project included the full renovation of an existing industrial building located at the intersection of Plymouth Avenue and Emerson Avenue, for the home of the Hennepin County North Minneapolis Human Services Center. The extensive renovation included new exterior façade, windows, atriums, energy efficient systems, and sustainable site design.
