Knutson broke ground in June of 2007 after nearly two years of preconstruction while the owner finalized funding. After surpassing a delay in funding for their $1.2 million cafeteria, the project was fast tracked to completion. This project consisted of a full-service replacement medical office building, hospital, and clinic. It is a one-level structure. Knutson self performed both infection control and life safety measures for this project.
