Our relationships with subcontractors are crucial, and Knutson relies on them from the day they bid a project. We value those who take initiative in their jobs and offer solutions-oriented approaches to their work. We appreciate realistic input about the scope of the project, and recognize the importance of good communications.
On the job site, we avoid hierarchy whenever possible. No one is "just a sub" and any valued member of the Knutson team can contribute great ideas on a project. In this atmosphere of partnership, every project is bigger than any of the players involved.
