Aalayha Robb, The Grit to Succeed

Minneapolis, MN – 09/24/2020

Aalayha Robb, an alumna of the Construction Management program, had the grit and determination to push herself to accomplish her goals. As a woman of color in a male-dominated industry, Aalayha felt even more driven to beat the odds and be an advocate for women and people of color. Working as a virtual design and construction specialist for Knutson Construction, Aalayha shared her story about how she found a passion for construction, her journey to a double major, and eventual career in VDC in the recent University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies newsletter.
