Casino 8, the Treasure Island Resort and Casino's first non-smoking gaming floor and The Element Bar and Lounge are two high-profile features of the newly renovated lobby.

The Element Bar and Lounge draws on unique design elements focusing on water-themed millwork, accented with blue lighting, giving guests a sense of being by water. The new bar and lounge offers guests a way to relax away from their rooms, in a non-smoking designated area, as well as the hustle and bustle of the casino.

The newly designed Casino 8 was added so Treasure Island could offer guests a new experience. The non-smoking area has 100 gaming devices, large windows, and exotic finishes create an oasis within the main casino area. Air curtains and glass doors divide the non-smoking area from the rest of the casino.
