This project included the demolition and remodel of two-story office spaces, employee locker room, and break area. The project team completed a total gut of the existing 1980s office space, to make space for the new entrance, new elevator, all new office spaces and collaboration rooms, living wall, locker room, kitchen, and dining space. New storefront windows were also added as part of this project including upgrades to the building enclosure.
