Hennepin Healthcare East Lake Clinic

During the unrest in the summer of 2020, the building that originally housed the East Lake Clinic was damaged. Hennepin Health needed to find a new facility to serve the community and learned that Hennepin County had space available in an office building a few blocks from the original East Lake Clinic facility. The facility is a combination of a healthcare clinic, with 17 exam rooms, a procedure room, and a radiology room, along with 24 offices for mental health services. The new space allows for mental and physical health programs to work together in harmony through collaborative spaces that support resource sharing and patient care for the two practices.
