John Marshall High School IAQ Improvements

The John Marshall High School IAQ project is broken into three phases and is scheduled to be completed in three summers. Phase 1 is currently complete, and this portion of the project consisted of a third of the footprint and 80% of the Air Handling equipment. The IAQ project consists of exterior architectural upgrades which will give a modern appearance to the building as well as increase the overall building efficiency. All mechanical equipment, 19 Air Handlers, 6 boilers, high-efficiency lighting, and lighting controls, and a chiller, as well as ductwork and diffusers, will be installed.
