Park Nicollet Burnsville Specialty Center
This three-story clinic and specialty care center will bring a same day surgery center, expanded urgent care center, orthopedic radiology, expanded medical and surgical specialty care, and a 341-stall parking ramp to the Burnsville healthcare campus.
Due to its location adjacent to an active clinic and hospital, Knutson has been in constant communication with Park Nicollet staff to ensure an uninterrupted patient experience. Early phases of the project included the demolition of an existing parking ramp and careful planning of temporary parking and shuttle service for guests. Knutson stuck to an aggressive schedule to complete the new parking ramp to be able to provide convenient parking. Pedestrian wayfinding and the safety and security of the project site have been top priorities throughout the project.
