The project consisted of all new IAQ and finishes of the existing building. The team also put on a two story secured entrance addition to the main entry way of the building, with a brand new office on the main floor and a STEM classroom/lab on the second floor. This project also included a second addition on to the South side of the building that is now their new pre-school wing and came in $120K under budget at project completion!
