Two Twelve Medical Center – Vertical Expansion

This project consists of a one-story addition to an existing occupied four-story medical center. Knutson will also be remodeling a portion of the existing fourth floor & adding 2 new elevators along with replacing the 2 existing elevators to allow the elevators to serve all floors. The new fifth floor will bring 6 additional Operating Rooms to Two Twelve and will add twenty (20) inpatient beds between the fourth floor & fifth floor. Our team has completed 90% of the core & shell work and all the demolition related to the fit-out, and is currently working on framing priority walls on the fourth floor and prepping for the new Air Handlers on the fifth floor. Our project team is scheduled to remove the existing Air Handlers Mid-March 2023 which will free up a significant amount of space on the new fifth floor for wall layout/core drilling.
