United Hospital Joint Replacement Center

This project consisted of a demo and remodel of an existing 8800 SF area in order to add two new X-ray rooms, 15 exam rooms and several administration offices and team rooms. This was an extremely fast track project that required expedited procurement of equipment and material which had to start the first day we received the project award in order to make the Owner’s schedule. Careful planning and scheduling of trades was required for a smooth project flow within a small project footprint.
