The US Bank renovation project included demolition and reconstruction of the existing parking lot, canopy, and three drive-thru lanes, HVAC replacement, exterior finish upgrades and landscaping. About a third of the facility’s southern half was demolished to construct new offices and a conference room. All work was done while the facility was in full operation.
