What Does the Field Look Like for 2023?

Looking back at 2022, Knutson has created a lot of exciting momentum for the coming year and beyond. We have made relationships with new clients, which has created new opportunities, and work for our field forces, as well as the ability to promote our foremen to run smaller jobs. This has also allowed us to bolster our resume across all offices and created an opportunity for more self-perform work in 2023 for our healthcare, higher education, and K-12 clients.

Along with the exciting backlog for 2023 / 2024, we have had the opportunity to grow our estimating department, which means we are able to pursue more work; pursuits have been steady and consistent all year long! We have also been mindful and proactive about expanding diversity across all areas of the business, both field and office. We are set-up for an exciting year ahead and look forward to growing the relationships with our new and existing clients, working on unique projects across all locations, growing and promoting our field staff, and continuing to provide a safe jobsite for all of Team Blue and our project partners.
