Accounting Assistant

We invite you to make your dream real as you build your future with Knutson Construction in the role of Full-time Accounting Assistant. In your role as the Accounting Assistant, you will be busy supporting the CFO and the accounting functions.

Your day will include:

  • Processing A/P Invoices
  • Ensure the office of the CFO operates at an efficient and effective manner by maintaining an accurate and up to date calendar, fielding phone calls and answering e-mails.
  • Drafting communications
  • Preparing PowerPoints presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

As an Accounting Assistant you will need to be flexible, organized and pro-active. You will be handling a variety of projects simultaneously with the highest degree of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. We do prefer you have a high school diploma and a minimum of five years’ experience supporting a high-level executive and intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
