Heroism

On a 96 degree┬ámid-summer day, Knutson averted a near catastrophe for the Rochester Post Bulletin. The facility’s 100-horse power motor burned-out at 6:00 a.m., which resulted in a power loss to the much needed air conditioning system. Reacting immediately, Knutson got a crane, three laborers and an electrician to cut a hole in the side of the building. By 3:00 p.m. the same day the air conditioning was up and running, and the presses were back online.
