Knutson Construction Breaks Ground on Park Nicollet Clinic and Specialty Center in Burnsville

Minneapolis, MN – 08/28/2018

Knutson Construction is proud to be part of the team bringing the new Park Nicollet Clinic and Specialty Center to Burnsville, MN. A groundbreaking ceremony for the new 83,000 square foot facility took place yesterday.

Once completed, the three-story clinic and specialty care center will bring a same day surgery center, expanded urgent care center, expanded medical and surgical specialty care, and a 341-stall parking ramp to the Burnsville healthcare campus.

Knutson will be partnering with BWBR, Ericksen Roed & Associates, Loucks, Harris, and Hunt Electric Corporation on the project. Knutson’s team is led by project manager Jens Frederickson and superintendent Jon Watkins. The clinic and specialty care center is scheduled to open in the spring of 2020.
