The project consisted of plumbing pipe replacement and miscellaneous remodeling of two out of three Minnesota Public Housing Authority (MPHA) high-rises. Each high-rise has 12 floors with 94 units each for a total of 188 units. The project was intended to replace the old, decaying galvanized waste and vent piping in both high-rises.

Phasing of the project consisted of residents simultaneously vacating two vertical stacks to allow construction crews to remove and replace all the waste and vent piping in the building. The high-rise work is now complete and we will be starting some sidewalk replacement work and new handrails throughout all three high-rise properties.
