This project consisted of a complete demolition and renovation of the existing 16,000 sq. ft. buffet at Treasure Island Resort and Casino. The remodeled buffet includes all new high end finishes, food service equipment, seating areas, etc. Knutson self-performed carpentry and demolition.

The level of products used on this project were from around the world starting with the lit mirror fixtures from China in the restrooms. Intricate light fixtures from New Zealand, that were put together on site - taking two-man hours per light! The showstopping onyx wall in the entry was from Iran and is backlit with led lights to show off its beauty. Lastly, in the server and wait stations, glass wall tile came from Mexico, and floor tile from Italy.
